Employers should think twice before trying to restrict workers from talking about their jobs on Facebook or other social media. So concludes a lawsuit against a company that fired an employee for negative Facebook postings.

It's amazing how companies view transparency and honest feedback as threats, not potent business strategies. Executives are schooled to value feedback. I'm sure most of them do, until they hear something uncomfortable.
